All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We always do our best to ship orders as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the carrier for delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Still Us Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
