Returns & Refunds

At Still Us Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and care of our pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within this timeframe.

Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Earrings

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale or clearance items

Jewelry Sets

If your purchase includes a set, all pieces must be returned together. Partial returns of sets are not accepted.

Return Authorization

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service. Still Us Jewelry is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Still Us Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above or that are sent without prior return authorization.
